Will you come if there's just a dusting of snow?

What triggers your crew to come and shovel my driveway & sidewalk?

We are usually out whenever it snows. Because Calgary is a big city, some areas will receive a little bit of snow while other areas receive a lot. We don’t usually wait until it’s done snowing, as we know many of our clients need to get out of their garages and go to work.

I don't need everything in your All Season Task Force Offer.

Can I create my own custom package?

Absolutely! Just know that individual parts could be more expensive than the package deals. The package deals offer a 20% discount. We are unable to give a discount for individual parts.

What's your cancellation policy?

You can cancel the All Season Task Force package any time. We just ask for 30 days notice.

I am planning to go travelling. Will you take care of my property while I'm gone?

Absolutely! We have several clients that use our services when they are gone.

I am selling my home. Can you work with my realtor?

Yes, we work with realtors on a regular basis. We offer site clean ups to get a house ready for sale, lawn mowing or snow removal while your client’s house is on the market. Leave it all up to us... let's get this house sold!

My property is big. Really big. Do you work on acreages?

Yes, our team is available to take on acreage properties in Calgary and in the surrounding area. We can provide year round services or specific services. We would need to do a site visit to understand the scope of work, and provide an accurate price.
